Today two of our state's Democratic representatives called on President Trump to use contingency money to fund snap benefits. Members of the Democratic Women's Caucus including Teresa Leger Fernández and Melanie Stansbury made that call during a virtual news conference today. They also called on Republicans to support a democratic proposal to reopen the government
