House Dems Showcase How Investing in Caregiving through American Jobs and and Families Plans Will Help Get Americans Back To Work, Grow Economy

Washington, D.C.  Last week more than 100 House Democrats answered the call to participate in a #CareEconomy Week of Action from House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, House Democratic Policy and Communications Committee (DPCC) Co-Chairs Matt Cartwright (PA-08), Debbie Dingell (MI-12), Ted Lieu (CA-33) and Joe Neguse (CO-2) and Democratic Women’s Caucus (DWC) Lois Frankel (FL-21), Brenda Lawrence (MI-14), and Jackie Speier (CA-14), and Vice Chairs Veronica Escobar (TX-16) and Sylvia Garcia (TX-29).

More than 100 House Democrats including 67 DWC Members – highlighted how investing in the #CareEconomy through President Biden’s American Jobs and Family Plans will help parents and caregivers go back to work, create good-paying jobs, raise wages, boost lifetime earnings, support small businesses, and grow our economy for all Americans.
